This is nothing but ignorance by all parts. Most latins (including most of those considered dark skinned) are indeed over 50% european. Countries like Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Uruguay, Paraguay, Venezuela have received a huge influx of immigrants from Europe for more than 80 years due to 2 World Wars and Economic hardship. As USA, these countrues owe a big percentage of their population to be genetically diverse. Not even of those call blacks latinos or Americans Blacks are pure by any stretch of imagination. Anyone who deny these facts is just plain ignorant. Quit those prejudicial ideas and inform yourselves better before making prejucidial and ignorance comments.

I think it is pretty much common knowledge that only African's in parts of Africa remain genetically pure. The rest of the world is mixed, and even Asians are genetically mixed with Neanderthals as is most Europeans or anyone with either of these groups genetic material.
