One of my old friends and former broadcast partners joins me tonight to discuss the false images of Barack Obama that has been circulated through social media sites by his supporters. Images putting him on par with such great Black leaders like Frederick Douglass, Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X to name a few.  I understand the pride that many Black people in America have in seeing a Black President and a Black family in the White House but let us not get carried away in comparing him with such great Black leaders that gave their lives for the Black community, especially when Barack Obama has rejected being identified with the Black community in stating he is not the President of Black America.

As I do every Thursday, I will also re-air an interview from our earlier broadcast of Political Prisoner Radio with Dominique Stevenson who is the Baltimore Director of American Friends Service Committee that runs the Friend of a Friend project in Maryland prisons to address violence among prisoners. This program has come under attack by the politicians in the Maryland state government and we need your help to get the program re-instated. 

President Obama invites Mitt Romney to lunch

 The president will be meeting with Mitt Romney to discuss business ideas to help America citing he liked some of Romney’s campaign proposals. Has this ever occurred in the history of American politics, the winner inviting the loser to the WH to discuss ideas? 
 Right Wing Islamophobiacs and racists have decided to paint Black & Brown communities as recruiting grounds for terrorist saying that the Muslim Brotherhood has recruiting offices in the hood. The US govt along with Israel are seeking to punish the Palestinians for seeking UN membership status. The history of the region is unclear in terms of if the Palestinians are already a state and already have UN Observer status. Will try to sort it out. 
 Todd Steven Burroughs, a lecturer in the Communication Studies Department at Morgan State University. Is calling on the FCC to investigate the State of Black Radio and suggests that the status quo should be tuned out as it is dumbing down the Black masses.

New Voter Intimidation Legislation Needed

Jan Tucker joins the broadcast to discuss Voter Intimidation. Prior to the election a number of employers threatened their workforce with lay offs if President Obama won re-election. To date no one has charged these people with Voter Intimidation which is against two different Federal laws.

Later I will update you on the latest in the murder of 17 yr old Jordan Davis who was shot to death by a Republican in Florida named Michael Dunn.

The Republicans are expressing outrage at the possible nomination of UN Ambassador Susan Rice to the post of Secretary of State. They are saying her response to the four Americans killed in Benghazi and/or her lack of qualifications but I suspect it has more to do with her being a Black woman than anything else.

The US govt and its representatives are upset over new powers the president of Egypt has given himself but has he done anything more than what the entity known as the Obama administration has done?
