Racist teacher infiltrates Black charter school

Guest R. Lee Gordon drops in to discuss funding the launch of the "Caribbean Pride and Power" collection of tee-shirts that feature UniTee Design’s newest animated character, “Brotha Rasta Wise,” and the company’s popular characters “Pride” and “Power” waving the Jamaican, Haitian or Trinidadian flag. Mr. Gordon who works with a number of youth organizations on various projects will also give us his thoughts on some student related news.

A teacher in a private school charter school is accused of fondling a 7-yr-old Black female student. In her defense, the teacher, 61-year-old Esther Irene Stokes claimed to be a racist who would never touch a Black child. If you are a racist white person, why take a job in a predominately Black school with Black administrators?

Scotty caught up with torture survivor Mark Clements to discuss the ruling in the Chicago court to appoint a special "torture" prosecutor to look into alleged torture cases of men who say they were tortured by Chicago police to confess.

As the world media focuses on the recent bombing in Boston, many reports are failing to cite the third bomb that went off at the JFK library and the interview of a track coach who said police told him not to worry about explosions because they were conducting a training exercise.
